I was always drawn to the idea of tea ceremonies and what this kind of experience meant to me.
"Teaism" is a term that relates to having a sense of focus and concentration while enjoying tea. When you are experiencing teaism, you are allowing all your senses to focus on the simple pleasure of having tea. Tea drinking is used as an aid to meditation, fortune telling, ceremonial purposes and in the expression of the arts.
This "Teaism" set was made by replacing certain parts of a tea set with casts of my ear, nose, mouth, and eye.
